We were driving down the road today and happened to see a peacock, and luckily I had my camera! So we pull over to take a picture, and there are like 4 of them! I have never been able to get this close to one before. They are so beautiful!

It is so smoky here! All the wildfires in california are sending their smoke this way...
Normally looking out this window, we see mountains... see any? They aren't that far away at all! Crazy!

Well, our friends Seth and Heather (see last post) were still here today, and they have a nice new jeep. They found some jeep trails around our area, and really wanted to try one out, so this morning we took the doors and roof off and drove up to Tahoe!
It wasn't a very difficult trail, and there were some gorgeous views!

Rodeo: 6/21/08

On Saturday night, our friends Seth and Heather came out to visit, and we went to the Reno Rodeo! It was pretty fun. Josh and I had never been to a rodeo before, but we enjoyed it.
